My family runs a fifth-generation dairy farm near St. Peter, Minnesota. We milk 60 Holstein cows twice a day and sell our milk to Bongards Creameries.

We have a diverse farming operation. We milk 100 head of registered dairy cattle in all 7 breeds (Holstein, Red & Whit Holstein, Jersey, Brown Swiss,
Ayrshire, Milking Shorthorn & Guernsey).

Currently, we milk about 220 Holstein’s in a double 12 parlor, twice a day. We raise all of our own calves and finish our steers. In addition to raising and harvesting our own crops, we also do custom chopping for other farmers in the area.

My husband, Nate, and I own a 5th generation family dairy farm in Mazeppa, Minnesota. Mazeppa is located in SE Minnesota about 30 minutes north of Rochester.

We are third generation on our 140 cow dairy by Orange City Iowa. We raise almost all our own feeds and do some custom harvest on the side.

Mary and her husband Doug farm and milk 800 cows north of Wayne Nebraska. The 1000 acres of family owned crop ground grows corn and alfalfa for the dairy.

We farm around 2000 acres of crops including soybeans, corn and alfalfa. Our dairy herd consists of over 70 head of Holstein and Jersey milk cows.

We are a 3rd generation dairy farm. Our whole farm operation is a century farm. We milk 300 cows which consist of mainly Holstein with 1/4 of our herd Jersey.

I partner with my two brothers and a nephew.we have a 200 registered cow dairy and farm about 1500 acres growing corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and
pasture for the heifers and dry cows.
