Our family farm is located in the rolling hills of Northeast Iowa, just 10 miles west of the Mississippi River. In 2009, we bought out my husband’s dad and officially took over.

I farm with my husband David and son Greg Hulinsky. We milk 60 cows own about 340 acres together in central Minnesota. We raise corn, hay, alfalfa, oats and soybeans.

My husband and I are the second generation on our farm, but both of our parents and grandparents had milk cows. My in-laws started this farm in 1961 southwest of Mason City, Nebraska with just a handful of cows.

My husband and I milk 80 cows along with our two daughters. We raise our heifers and grow all our feed, and lamb out 170 sheep.

I’m the fourth generation dairy farmer in our family. My wife Amber and I, along with our kids Samantha and Logan, manage our family’s dairy farm located an hour and 15 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago.

Our family’s farm, McAndrews Dairy, is located just south of Sauk Centre, Minnesota. We have 400 Registered Holsteins and farm 800 acres total of owned and rented land to grow forages and grains to feed the cattle with some to sell also.
